These pelicans were hanging out at a pier near the inter coastal waterway. Processed in photomatix pro to bring out some detail in the feathers. Best viewed in X3 to appreciate the massive wingspan of this bird! Thanks for all of your comments and critiques! Very appreciated!!

TruImages > Feb 1 Kanki Went out to dinner Wednesday to celebrate my birthday at my favorite restaurant! Great food! Unfortunately didn't get any good shots of the chef cooking and entertaining, needed a wide angle...But I knew there would be low light so I took my 60mm f/2.8 lens which performed very well!! Thanks for the comments and critiques of my photo yesterday!!
TruImages > Jan 31 A Skein We were out looking for bald eagles when a group of geese flew by. Shot handheld with a Sigma 150-500mm lens(very heavy) @ 500mm. If not for VR I would not have been able to get this shot!! Best seen in X3. Thanks for the great comments on the marble shot yesterday. It was a fun experiment!
